"Congratulations to Marianne Savage from Heart of Long Island Chorus, who submitted the Greater NY/NJ Region #15 winning logo design! Marianne was inspired by the Statue of Liberty --a woman with a crown!--located at the mouth of the Hudson River, a river touching each of our geographic homes, upstate New York, New Jersey, even the western portion of Long Island! The region's new name was submitted by Pam Hyde from Saratoga Soundtrack."
